Sat. May 8, 2010

OK OK.. I have been so busy with the kids. Not really work out in a while. But Im still am at 163. Nothing changed there. YEAH! But I know I wont make my goal weight by the 15th of May. So I will change it to Aug. 15, 2010... I have been working out now with a Trainer near where I live. It has been good. And he pushes me where I didnt before. LOVE IT...

I am so bad. I have not worked out this week. I have been very tired. I'm am doing so much for the boys and other things. But I am still eating better. No more junk and fried foods... I hope to get back on track soon. I need a exercise buddy... I am tired of doing it myself...

I know I forgot log on and add this so I am now.

I weighed in and .......

I am 165.8 lbs... YEAH!!!!

A total of 1.4 lbs from 2-7 and 18.2 in all...

Bryan (hubby) asks me everytime how I just keep going. I tell him. I will til I feel better. I am still doing everthing I have from the start. The only change is that I change up the DVD workouts I do every other day. So I dont get bored.

Valenitine's Weekend has been so HARD...

Valentine's Weekend has been hard cause I LOVE chocolate covered strawberries. They will be the death of me, I had a few cause Bryan (hubby) made some for me. So this week I know will be not as good. So next week I will kick its butt and losing more that 3 lbs.. Sorry everyone. I know its hard on the holidays. But try to stick with it. I will do much better next time.

I am working on that. And burning off about 1000 a day.. That is alittle harder. But I am up to about 500 a day. Give me time I will do it.

Today Sunday Feb. 7, 10 Weigh In:

OMG! I have never gotten past the 170 lbs mark. And I have done it. Now I am so pumped to keep going. I was scared that I couldnt do it..

Im at: 167.2 lbs. another 4.1 lbs GONE!!!!!

In 1 mouth I have lost 16.8 lbs..

YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH YEAH

Today Sunday, Jan. 24, 2010 - Weigh In

This week I didnt work out that much. We were always doing something after the kids were gone to school. But I did find some time to do a little exercise. But I still ate right and only went out of diet once when we went to CPK with Reilly Saturday afternoon. We were hungry after looking for cars all day. I didnt eat like crazy either. I still kept the diet and ate a few bites not all and had a New York Cheese cake (3 bites). YEAH FOR ME. It was so hard to do it But I did.

My weigh In today is 174.6 lbs.
Thats 2.7 lbs lost. Which is OK for not doing much still..
But I will do better next week.

Still for me thats Great, cause I never got pasted 180 before.....

I watch Gilad's Bodies in Motion on FitTV.

I love the way he does things that are not too complaicated and I dont need hardly ever any gym stuff.. I do about 2-3 shows in the morning.
After Reilly gets home about 11. I job or power walk for about 30-45 minutes.
On weekends I use treadmill and Wii Fitness.

I eat better. If anyone can think of anything else I should be doing please let me know. I will try anything.

I will weight in Sunday the 24.. Wish me luck that I have lost another 5 to 6 lbs.

Skin after you lose the weight:

I have been thinking about this for a while. Where does your skin go after you lose the weight? Well I have looked it up and asked the question to a Doctor. I read and was told that if you lose the weight slow and not too fast that it will tighten up and look good. If you lose it too fast it will take a while to tighten up. Or you can have a tunny tuck or remove the skin with surgery.
I dont want that. So I will lose it semi fast, not to slow but not to fast. I dont want to need surgery to remove it.

Todays Weigh-In:

I weight myself now and I am 177.3 lbs.
That is 5.6 lbs lost... YEAH!!
I worked out before I weighed. I ran 2 laps on the tread mill, 2 min. jump rope and 60 crunches. My right calf is killing me.

Eating & Excerise

I think I have done good. Usually by now I would have already given up on everything and gone back to my habits. But I have gone this far. I think I can really do it this time.
Everyday i take the boys to school in the morning and I get back I do my situps and Excerice to FitTV and workout with them for 30 to 45 min. After my little gets home about 11AM I run and walk for about 30 to 45 mins. too. I also have taken the Special K Challenage Ceral. They say you will lose 6 lbs in 2 weeks from it. I have done it. And its not that bad. I am a very picky eater and it was good.

I will let you know what I weight in on Sunday. I will weight every Sunday.. I want to make sure I am loseing something or I need to change what I have been doing to lose more.

My Weight:

I am 28 years old.

I currently weight 183.4 lbs as of Jan. 10, 2010

My Goal:
I want to be at 130 lbs. I want/need to lose 50 lbs or so. Before either July 2010 or before the my boys return to school in August 2010.

Suggestions:

I want your help with this Followers (friends). If you have any suggestions Please post and let me know.
I will be on as mush as I can. So you will know how I am and what I have done.

I also hope that you will join me in this Adventure and lose weight too. Please feel free to add a post on what you weight and what you do and how much you have lost. I want to support anyone that wants to lose too.

My Reason:

I know how hard it is to lose weight. I have tried so many times, But nothing seems to do the job. And I am not rich to get lipo or a tummy tuck. My other problem is I have no one to do it with me. I also know how hard it is to lose weight while having a house full of kids and a husband that says he loves you no matter what. Life is tough now-a-days and we all need a little help. I am all about needing help. That's why I have decided to do this.
I take care of everyone around me, but not myself. After I had Brandon (my oldest) and I had to deal with his disability, it was hard to take care of anyone but him. Then I had Reilly and I am still at the same weight as before. 185 lbs. I want to be back at 130. Last December 09' was my 10 year Wedding Anniversary and I do not like what I see..
And every year I say the same thing for my New Year Resolution that I will lose weight. This year is the best time to start.
