This week I didnt work out that much. We were always doing something after the kids were gone to school. But I did find some time to do a little exercise. But I still ate right and only went out of diet once when we went to CPK with Reilly Saturday afternoon. We were hungry after looking for cars all day. I didnt eat like crazy either. I still kept the diet and ate a few bites not all and had a New York Cheese cake (3 bites). YEAH FOR ME. It was so hard to do it But I did.
My weigh In today is 174.6 lbs.
Thats 2.7 lbs lost. Which is OK for not doing much still..
But I will do better next week.
Still for me thats Great, cause I never got pasted 180 before.....
